Summary: The host did not send us check-in information before our stay. We struggled to get in contact with them, and when we finally did they seemed unaware of our reservation. When they finally found our reservation the apartment we had booked were occupied and we were heavily downgraded without any apologies. One door to one of th bedroom was broken and the host made no effort to fix it during our stay. We were offered a small compensation for the whole ordeal, but far from making us happy. Maybe we where unlucky, but the company ha no customer care whatsoever.
